I did not start out in real estate. I spent years as a field technician for Spectrum, out in the community solving problems for people one house at a time. The work clicked for me the day I realized that most of real estate is customer service coordination: keeping people informed, organized, and calm while a lot of moving parts come together. That is still the lens I bring to every transaction.

My approach is plain and simple. I do what I say I am going to do, I treat every deal like it is my own, and I make sure you understand the facts behind each decision, including the risks, before you make it. I am not loud and I am not here to impress anyone. I think every angle through, I lead with the numbers, and I keep you updated so you never have to wonder where things stand.

I work with buyers and sellers across West Michigan, with Muskegon as my home base and six surrounding counties in my footprint. First-time buyers, investors, and owners working through distressed or pre-foreclosure situations are where I do some of my best work, and growing that side of the business is a real focus for me. Over five years and roughly sixty transactions and 10.5 million dollars in sales, about 40 percent of my business has come back to me through repeat clients and referrals. To me that is the number that matters most.

When I am not working, you will usually find me fishing or spending time with my wife and two kids. One thing I will tell anyone watching this market: it is not a low-opportunity market, no matter what you have heard. Patience is key to finding the right home.
